Extras & Background Release

Rights Grant

In consideration of the compensation documented in Section 03 and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, you grant Kla2thawrld a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to use footage and photographs in which you appear — including but not limited to:

• Films, videos, photographs, and digital content
• Social media posts, reels, and promotional materials
• Advertising, editorial, and commercial use
• Any format now known or later developed

This grant includes the right to edit, crop, composite, or otherwise modify such materials without further approval or compensation.

Compensation

Compensation, if any, agreed upon before the shoot date constitutes full payment for the rights granted herein. Unless separately agreed in writing, no further fees are due.

No Obligation to Publish

Kla2thawrld is under no obligation to use, publish, or distribute any materials captured during the shoot. The decision to publish lies solely with Kla2thawrld.

Indemnification

You represent that you have the legal right to grant these rights and that doing so does not violate any agreement you have with any third party. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kla2thawrld and its affiliates from any claim arising from a breach of this representation.

Confidentiality & Conduct

You agree to keep confidential all non-public information about the production — including concepts, unreleased music, storylines, locations, and the identity of other participants — and not to disclose it before official release. You shall not post, share, stream, transmit, or otherwise disclose any photographs, video, or behind-the-scenes material from the shoot, whether publicly or privately, until Kla2thawrld has officially released the content.

Ownership & No Repurposing

All footage, photographs, and content captured during the shoot are the sole and exclusive property of Kla2thawrld. You acquire no ownership or other rights in them and shall not reproduce, edit, distribute, resell, license, or otherwise commercially exploit them. Following official release, you may reshare the released content in unaltered form, with attribution to Kla2thawrld, for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

Breach

A breach of the confidentiality, conduct, or ownership terms above may result in removal from the project, forfeiture of any compensation, and a requirement to remove the offending material, without prejudice to any other remedy available to Kla2thawrld.

General Terms

If any provision of this release is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect (severability). This document constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding its subject matter (entire agreement). This release is governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda.

Please read — the rules you're agreeing to

• Keep it confidential. Don't share the concept, ideas, unreleased music, storyline, location, or who else is involved before the content is officially released.
• Nothing from set goes out. Don't post, share, stream, or send any photos, video, or behind-the-scenes content from the shoot — publicly or privately — until Kla2thawrld officially releases it.
• The content is Kla2thawrld's. You don't own the footage or photos and may not edit, copy, resell, or use them commercially. Once it's officially released, you're welcome to reshare it unaltered, with a tag/credit to Kla2thawrld, on your personal pages.

Breaking these rules may mean removal from the project, loss of any compensation, and a request to take the content down.
